I named my business Integrity, because everything starts with an honest look at yourself, inside and out. We can start integrating the various conflicting parts of ourselves, and from there integrate ourselves with the outside world. That integration creates the durable structural integrity that gives us the courage to go toward those things we can’t see — not pretending that everything is fine, but having faith that we’re durable enough to thrive when it isn’t.
